We are looking for someone experienced in developing, delivering and project managing arts and tech programmes, ideally with experience of working in community contexts.

We want to welcome into the team someone passionate about supporting artists to develop arts and tech work in and with communities. If you love working with multiple partners to deliver ambitious socially engaged arts and tech programmes and artwork, this job could be for you!

Salary: Starting salary of £30,256 pro rata

Hours: Part time, ideally 3 days a week (open to job share)

Location: Knowle West Media Centre, Leinster Avenue, Bristol, BS4 1NL.

We are a place-based organisation so presence in Knowle West is important, however we support flexible working hours and some remote working. We are open to proposals of how you would make the job work to fit your access needs.

We’re looking for people local to Knowle West from the global majority to join a series of free art workshops with our artist in residence, Myah Asha Jeffers.  

You’ll be learning photography techniques and alternative printmaking, making sound pieces, and sharing your stories and experiences of Knowle West in fun and creative ways. All leading to a public exhibition at Knowle West Fest on Filwood Broadway on Saturday 15th June.  

You are welcome to join as many workshops as you like. We encourage you to come to all four if possible:

• Hands on intro to photography – Tues 21st May, 1 – 3pm at Oasis Connaught Hub
• Exploring self-portraits – Tues 4th June, 1 – 3pm at Springfield Allotment
• Cyanotype printing in the sun! – Tues 11th June, 10am – 2pm at KWMC: The Factory
• Exhibition prep & storytelling – Weds 12th June, day drop-in at KWMC: The Factory
