KWMC is located on Leinster Avenue, in Knowle West. KWMC: The Factory is housed in two units (24 and 25) at Filwood Green Business Park, just off Hengrove Way on the border between Knowle West and Hengrove.

If you have booked to attend a event, please ensure you check the location to make sure you come to the correct venue.
There is free parking available onsite in our car park. An overflow car park is available through the back of the car park. Please park in a straight line alongside hedge, not along the wall of the Novers Community Association.
Taxis can drop you off inside the car park. There is a paved path with level access from the car park to the main entrance.
…from the centre of Bristol, Bedminster or Hengrove
The most direct routes to KWMC from the centre of Bristol are those of the 90 and 91 buses (operated by First). They run between Broadmead and the Hengrove Bus Depot every 10 – 15 minutes during the day (Monday to Friday).
The 90 runs via Bedminster and St John’s Lane, while the 91 runs via Bristol Temple Meads, St John’s Lane and Broadwalk Shopping Centre in Knowle.
The nearest bus stops to KWMC are at Donegal Road (service 90), which is 0.3 miles (approx. seven-minute walk) from KWMC, and Broadbury Road (service 91), located on the opposite side of Leinster Avenue from KWMC.

The 96 bus (operated by First) connects Hengrove and Brislington, running via Hengrove Park, Imperial Park, Broadwalk Shopping Centre, South Bristol Sports Centre, and TESCO Brislington.
You can pick up the 91 bus at Broadwalk Shopping Centre.

If you’re visiting us from an area of Bristol we’ve not mentioned, we’d recommend that you head into central Bristol and catch the 90 or 91.
The pavements in Knowle West are generally wide enough for pushchairs and wheelchairs, but please be aware that people tend to park their cars on the pavement of Leinster Avenue.
We have cycle racks outside KWMC and showers that you can use if you’re coming by bike. A cycle path runs through Bedminster to Lynton Road, terminating at the western edge of Knowle West at the bottom of Novers Hill. Cycle paths are also provided on major roads Hartcliffe Way and Hengrove Way. Knowle West is a hilly neighbourhood, but don’t let that put you off! Wedmore Vale is a minor road recommended by local cyclists. A map of Bristol for cyclists is available from the Better By Bike website.
Our nearest train station is Bristol Temple Meads. There is a taxi rank at the station and your journey to KWMC should take approximately 15 minutes. The 91 bus runs from Bristol Temple Meads to Leinster Avenue, with a stop just a few metres from KWMC at Broadbury Road.
There is free parking available onsite at Filwood Green Business Park, although please bear in mind that spaces are limited. Please do not park in front of the roller shutter doors of any units.

There is a communal bicycle shed next to reception in the main courtyard and showers that you can use if you’re coming by bike. Please ask at reception to unlock the doors.
Our nearest train station is Bristol Temple Meads. There is a taxi rank at the station and your journey to The Factory should take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic and whether you arrive at rush hour. There is no direct bus route to The Factory from the station, so we’d recommend you catch the 8 or 9 bus into the centre of Bristol and get off outside the Bristol Hippodrome theatre. Pick up the 90 bus (in the direction of Hengrove Depot), as described in the ‘…by bus’ section.
The distance between KWMC (Leinster Avenue) and KWMC: The Factory is 0.8 miles (approx 12 minutes walk). Turn left out of KWMC and head down Leinster Avenue until you come to the pedestrian crossing. Use it to cross the road, then turn right down Broadbury Road, moving past the police station. At the end of Broadbury Road, turn left onto Creswicke Road*
Follow the road until its end and you will reach the junction with Hengrove Way (A4174). Turn right and follow the road for 0.1 miles. Filwood Green Business Park and Filwood Park Lane will be on your right. KWMC: The Factory can be accessed via the entrance off Hengrove Way or by following Filwood Park Lane around to the car park.
The distance between KWMC: The Factory and KWMC (Leinster Avenue) is 0.8 miles (approx 12 minutes walk). Turn left out of Filwood Park Lane and follow Hengrove Way (A4174) until you reach the traffic lights. Turn left onto Creswicke Road* and follow the road for 0.4 miles. You will pass Filwood Library on your right, at the junction of Creswicke Road and Filwood Broadway. After you have passed the library, turn right up Broadbury Road and follow the road until its end. Turn left onto Leinster Avenue. KWMC will be on your right just after the small row of shops and the pedestrian crossing.
*Pedestrians and cyclists can now benefit from a footpath across Filwood Park linking Creswicke Road and Filwood Green Business Park. From Filwood Green Business Park (Reception) cross the park using the footpath and you will emerge on Creswicke Road just opposite Filwood Broadway.
