Our mission is shaping fairer futures with arts, tech and care.
This is our mission statement that applies to our work here in Knowle West and in communities across the world.

Our vision for social change is a society where all people and communities are at the heart of creatively making fairer places, have the power and know how to address the things that matter to them, can realise their potential and have the freedom and resources to express their creativity.
At the heart of all our work is working with people to make change feel possible and happen in their own lives and communities by working with the arts, technology, and care to co-design new ways of doing things and explore new futures.
Our activities are underpinned and influenced by ethics of care and our five core values, which are:
imagination
Not being afraid to do or think differently, and being willing to explore new perspectives and creative ways of doing things.
integrity
Treating others with honesty, consistency and respect, and being prepared to be held accountable for your actions.
collaboration
Working with others to achieve a shared goal, valuing the contribution and expertise that each individual brings.
equity
Recognising that in order for everyone to have an equal opportunity to succeed, some people may need additional support – then doing what you can to make this happen.
resilience
Staying faithful to your mission and values but having the flexibility to adapt to change.
