Co-Director Rising Arts Agency. Development Manager for two social enterprises working to do big things. Studio Meineck is a social design studio co-creating products to solve challenges with the people who need them most. Rising Arts Agency supports underrepresented young people into creative careers and advocates for system change. Jess joined the board through Rising’s OnBoard programme in 2018. She brings creative, business and community expertise as well as her lived experience as a young person born and raised in South Bristol. Jess chairs the Personnel Working Group.
