Participants spent two nights away in a beautiful venue just outside of Bristol (about 90 minutes from London). All transport, bedding, food and drinks were included. During the retreat participants developed ideas for their passion project and met inspiring women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths). They also had the chance to do some photography, filmmaking and creative writing.
The retreat was followed by a graduation event to celebrate participants’ achievements and share their projects.
There is no cost to you to take part in Maker City x Stemettes!
