Jump Studios

Experiment with new technologies, develop your skills as a leader or media-maker, and enjoy being creative. Jump in!

Jump Studios is Knowle West Media Centre’s programme for 10 – 30 year olds. We offer a range of after-school groups, creative courses, work experience, training opportunities and holiday activities. We also get paid work for our Emerging Creatives via our Creative Agency Eight.

After School Activities

During COVID-19 lockdown we had to suspend our after-school programme as the KWMC building was temporarily closed. We were able to offer a range of online sessions, as well as socially distanced small group workshops later in the Summer.

We’re delighted to announce that our after-school programme at KWMC will return from 14 September 2020! This is what to expect:

Get Involved

Booking is essential for all after-school sessions.  Unfortunately we can’t welcome ‘walk-ins’ at the moment.

All sessions have been designed in line with our COVID-19 Health & Safety regulations.  Each session will be capped at 14 young people and activities will be split over two rooms, meaning young people will work in small groups of 7 young people per room. You can read KWMC’s full COVID-19 reopening info here.

To book onto one of our programmes please fill out our online booking form.

If you have any problems filling out the form or can’t access it, please e-mail the team on jumpstudios@kwmc.org.uk or call 0117 903 0444.
