Is your business registered in South Bristol*?

This autumn the Factory is launching its new MADE in South Bristol support package specialising in Creative Business Resilience.

 Who is it for?

This new package is designed specifically for small creative business who are in need of urgent support and are at risk of closing their doors or losing jobs. This is aimed at businesses impacted by Covid-19 and looking to adapt their business model to be fit for the future and in the new Covid landscape.

It is for South Bristol registered business and is suitable for micro to small creative businesses (including sole traders).

The Programme

We are working with long time collaborators Upstarter and Brain Space,  to deliver a mix of business support, insight and tools to rebuild your business in a way that is resilient and adaptable.

You will get 12 hours of business resilience support, online and in person where possible, including:

  • Scanning the business landscape:

What methods can we use to help us understand where the changes are coming from and where the new opportunities might be.

  • Making and working with scenarios for the future:

How we can use different scenarios to work out different strategies for our business.

  •  Adapting/Hybridising your offer:

Look at the core of what our business can offer, and how we can package this into different offers

  • Testing and learning from your offer:

What methods can we use to test out new ideas early on your audiences, saving time by focussing on the things that matter to them.

  • Group mentoring

In addition to the group workshops participants will also receive group mentoring, and activities will be delivered online and in person at The Factory.

  • What if?

A big-picture session to think about your business: set up, plans , resources, eventualities and reality.
