The exhibition, from November 2010 to January 2011, included images from Ken Russell, Barry Lategan, Daniel Meadows, Andrew ‘Beezer’ Beese, Haroon ‘Roonie’ Iltaf, Huw Davies and young women based at KWMC.
The timelines were produced following a series of workshops with local residents: each group was made up of people who had become a teenager in a particular decade, from 1940 to 2000. We also worked with over 60 school pupils and five teachers during the exhibition, producing a series of self-portraits and exploring how the young people viewed themselves in relation to their community.
