ReThink, ReMake, ReCycle: Paper

10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Paper towels and tissues are usually made from recycled paper, which can’t be recycled again. Join us on 7th April to learn how to design and make your own reusable fabric alternatives. No sewing skills required!

In collaboration with ethical designer/maker Lisa Cole

This workshop is one of 2 sustainability-focused workshops at KWMC The Factory this April in which you can:

Discover the impact of common household waste materials

Find out how much you waste and what you can do to reduce this

Explore how to make DIY alternatives

These free workshops are suitable for ages 7+  but under 16s must be supervised by an adult

Sustainability Month

This workshop is part of ReThink, ReMake, ReCycle – Sustainability Month at KWMC: The Factory. The wider programme includes workshops, talks and hands-on sessions exploring how we can reduce our impact on the environment and make beautiful, useful things.
