Living, Working, Making, Together: Introduction to Green Screen workshop

27/03/2019
12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Location: Knowle West Media Centre

The third of our Living, Working, Making Together monthly workshops will be a green-screen introduction hour inspired by Marc Blazel’s residency.

Find out how a digital green screen works, what it can do and how you can get creative with it! No previous knowledge or experience is required as there will be people to help and support you. If you do have lots of skills and experience that’s great too – you can help us all! We will be using free OBS software and laptops to shoot videos. Come and experiment with news and weather reporting, play David Attenborough in sightings of strange animals or act out scenes from classic fantasy films.

Materials provided, though if you have props you’d like to bring, please do. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Snacks and drinks provided. Feel free to bring and eat your own lunch during the hour too.

As part of the Living, Working, Making Together exhibition we will be running a free monthly lunchtime workshop from 12-1pm on the last Wednesday of every month, inspired by the work of exhibition artists: Myah Calista, Marc Blazel, Brave Bold Drama and Ellie Shipman.
