29/11/2018
6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Location: Knowle West Media Centre, Leinster Avenue, Bristol
Artificial Intelligence (AI) – in computers, machines and robots – is increasingly making decisions on our behalf: who gets loans, access to healthcare?
Is AI fair, or is it increasing inequality because humans have programmed AI with their conscious and unconscious biases – class, race, age, gender and even postcode?
Join guest provocateurs from communities, business, the arts, and politics in a lively discussion about the new digital divide.
Curated in partnership with Black South West Network
Part of Digital Bristol Week and Digital Cities Bristol

There is a £5 suggested donation for the event (payable on the day) but you can attend for free. Knowle West Media Centre is a registered charity that supports people who have had the least opportunity to engage in creative activities that can change their lives and shape their communities. All donations all currently matched by Arts Council England through their Catalyst Evolve programme, doubling their value to us.
