Dr Roz Stewart-Hall has worked part time or on a freelance basis at KWMC for twelve years. Her role involves supporting the KWMC team and people who participate in projects to reflect on and evaluate their work, as well as reporting to funders.
Roz has developed a set of tools and mechanisms for generating evidence and data about the work and impact of KWMC. She has extensive experience of research and evaluation and has worked in the field of socially engaged arts practice since 1991. Roz uses action research approaches to evaluation and aims to embed ongoing reflection into organisational practice and systems.
She has developed creative approaches to evaluation as a means by which people can reach their own conclusions as well as contributing feedback, thereby nurturing inclusive processes. Roz also works on a freelance basis for other arts organisations nationally.
