Michaela is responsible for ensuring that best practice is always at the forefront of two key elements of the organisation – the building and the people who use it. As Operations Manager she is responsible for the efficient day-to-day running of KWMC’s building, facilities and operational systems. She is a key contact for internal and external users and partners – researching, advising and facilitating all operational matters.
A core part of her role is to ensure that KWMC remains compliant with all appropriate legislation and innovates and instigates good employment practice. Michaela has organisational responsibility for the implementation of the Health & Safety, security and Environmental Policies for the building and personnel policies and procedure for staff. She works to ensure that KWMC’s administration systems are efficient and exemplary.
