My name is Megan Ballin. Creativity and care are at the heart of my everyday work and I have a background in photography, videography and youth work which supports that. I am the Project Manager for the young people’s Jump Studio Team at KWMC. I deliver a collection of creative tech programmes for young people in Bristol aged 10-24; supporting them to express imaginative ideas, learn new skills and build self-confidence. Working at KWMC allows me to focus on my own authentic passions around creativity and community and translate them to young people with integrity and care to empower the future generations.
