Gail is responsible for the smooth running of a professional and effective reception, switchboard and hospitality service. She works alongside Geetha Patel and a group of volunteers and students undertaking work experience placements. Together, the Front of House team provide administrative support to the KWMC team and offer a friendly welcome to everyone who visits the building.
