Knowle West Media Centre has a spacious office available for rent in the unique surroundings of an eco-friendly building.
The Wessex Room, officially named by the Earl of Wessex in 2011, can comfortably accommodate 12-16 people in a light, self-contained working environment.
The space measures 70.2m sq. and has floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, allowing plenty of natural light. The furniture can be rearranged to suit you.

- free, secure onsite parking
- bike racks and showers
Rental terms are flexible and tenants are entitled to discounts in hiring our other spaces.
