Knowle West Media Centre offers a range of free evening workshops for 9-19 year olds where you can have fun, create your own artwork, and learn new skills. You can also gain recognised accreditation through the Arts Award scheme.

Mondays, 4.30-6pm, term time
Code and fun all rolled into one! Learn the basics of coding in a fun and exciting environment. For beginner and intermediate level, with limited places.
XLR Music Sessions
Tuesdays, 6-8pm, term time
Ages 11 – 19
A six month music project offering amazing opportunities to create original, inspiring music alongside KWMC and some of Bristol’s finest music institutions. With opportunities to perform, record, develop skills and confidence, and create long lasting relations with other musicians, these sessions build on the successful XLR Festival.
Wednesdays, 5-7pm, term time
Come along and be creative, work on your own projects and create your own media masterpiece. We currently have young people working on films, animations and music as well as games development.
