KWMC presents paper at national conference

On Saturday 18th April, Sarah Shorrock, one of our Junior Digital Producers (JDPs), presented a paper at an event at the University of Nottingham, organised by the British Education Research Association.

The paper, written by Sarah, was about the action research approach our JDPs adopted when developing the film ‘The Glowing Divide.’ It explained how the Visible You project was devised in an ongoing way, based on what the JDPs discovered through their research with young people, to ensure that the process and the subsequent film were relevant to young people.

The paper, which will be available to download from this website soon, was very well received by the national audience.

Visit the Visible You project page for more information about the project and our interactive documentary exploring how social isolation affects teenagers – and what we can do about it.
